  1. Login to your dashboard
  2. Go to Locations > Edit POS Settings 

  1. Under General Settings enable chat by checking the check box
  2. Scroll down and click on Update to finalize change

  1. To open the Chat box on your Dashboard go to Help and click on Chat

  1. Some browsers has a security feature, click on the Shield icon to enable the window

  1. Click on load unsafe scripts

To enable the chat on your POS location
  1. Click on the SYNC icon
  2. Clock in an employee
  3. Click on Chat

On your Dashboard, you will see that there will be a notification message that some one has entered the chat
