Damaged / Missing Items

“Damaged /Missing” feature which allows you to deduct an item from the inventory without making a sale. Here is how you can attach a customer to a damage/missing transaction.

 
  1. Click on Actions tab > Damaged / Missing Items
 


 
  1. Search the customer
 


 
  1. Click on view
 


 
  1. Click on Add Customer
 


 
  1. Select if it is a damaged or missing item
 


 
  1. enter the number of unit/s and click on submit to finalize
